Penn Law Merit Scholarships. Penn State Law Scholarships Upon acceptance for admission, all students are considered for Penn State Law scholarships. The Franklin Endowed Scholarship Fund, created in 2010 by Earl Franklin L’68 and Barbara Corwin Franklin OT’66, is offered to Law School applicants who have demonstrated top academic achievement, extraordinary leadership talent, and exemplary personal character, regardless of financial need. There is no separate application process. In an effort to sustain the exceptional quality and diversity of our LLM program, the Law School offers Merit Scholarships ranging from $5,000 to $40,000 dollars. No additional application required. Students must remain in good academic standing and be enrolled as a full time student to retain their Law School scholarship.
