I was impressed by how well it held together (I think using the food processor to mince the onions helped) and the nutrition facts. This is a great recipe! This may seem like a dumb question but I want to make roasted cauliflower with this but for that the oven needs to be at 450. last time I made turkey meatloaf it was very dry but this was nice and moist. How much salt do people typically add. Really like this recipe. I followed the recipe as is, I didn’t have any marjoram so that was omitted, but so yummy! Only changes I made were, I added minced garlic, crushed red pepper, used oats instead of breadcrumbs, used Italian seasoning instead of majorimand used spicy BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. I made a double batch, used 1/2 home made breadcrumbs and 1/2 rolled oats with 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 BBQ sauce. Divide into 4 (4- x 2 1/2-inch) loaves; place, evenly spaced, on pan. To do this I filled the pot with about a cup of water, placed the rack in it, and placed the meatloaf on parchment paper/foil and lowered that onto the rack. This is delicious and easy! I was a bit skeptical about trying this as I'm not a fan of ground turkey unless it's drenched in some kind of sauce but after reading all the comments, I decided to give it a try along with your garlic mashed potatoes. This was easy to make and so yummy. You can omit it, or replace with oregano or thyme. How long would it take to cook in a 6 cup bundt pan in the Instant Pot? It was flavorful and not the least bit dry. The pepper really brighten the taste and neither the peppers nor the garlic disguise the distinctive aroma of the marjoram. Spoon sauce on top. I’ll try it again minus the marjoram, I think it’s an okay basic recioe without it…. I made this tonight and it was awesome! I put this in the recipe builder and changed the turkey to 99% fat free and got it down to 6 SP… maybe that’s where the discrepancy is? Everyone who’s eaten it has asked for the recipe. It came out 9 SmartPoints per serving. Not 4 cups. Not only is it leaner, I also find the meatloaf juicier and my family now prefers it, it’s on constant rotation. Can I make the mixture the night before and refrigerate overnight to put in the oven the next day? If I’m making 2 at a time, do I need to adjust the oven temp or cook time?
